Apple and Peanut Butter Smoothie

This delectable apple and peanut butter smoothie might just become your favorite!
Ingredients
- 3 small apples, cored and chopped (peeling optional)
- About 10 ice cubes
- 1 1⁄2 frozen bananas, broken into pieces
- 3⁄4 cup plain or vanilla plant-based milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon light molasses (or an extra teaspoon maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth.
- Divide between two large glasses, and enjoy!
Notes
Variation: Replace the peanut butter with 3 tablespoons of almond butter, cashew butter, sunflower seed butter, or whatever nut butter you’re nuts about.
