Despite its showy result, the preparation of this vegan dessert pizza is almost ridiculously easy. Chocolate banana pizza uses just 4 ingredients, takes minutes to make (and bake), and has a real wow factor.
All you need is a good-quality pizza crust, dark chocolate chips, bananas, and another fresh fruit. Use a neutral-flavored crust (that is, not embellished with herbs, dried tomatoes, etc.). I like sourdough, as its slight bite contrasts nicely with the sweet dark chocolate.
This recipe makes 6 to 8 slices. Recipe doubles easily for a larger crowd. There’s not much else to say about this super-easy dessert, so let’s just begin!
