Hi Mrs. Atlas.
I have all your cookbooks. And, this is important to say, I am omnivore, I’m not vegetarian, vegan or all in between. All of your recipes is tasty, nutritious and easy to follow. the stuffed “cornucopia” is a must at thanksgiving at our home.
I just learn that a new book is out and I absolutely order it. In fact, I just done it before leave a comment. I want to apologize for mistakes in grammar and/or spelling since I’m French-Canadian. Continue your exceptional work in cookbooks to the delight of your readers and their taste buds. Thanks Mrs. Atlas 🙂

Hi Nava: I’ve cooked with your recipes for decades. I gave each of my kids “The Vegetarian Express” when they got their first apartments. Thanks so much for “Plant-Powered Protein.” I am cooking through the book, and my husband loves it. I always tried to figure out how to make a vegetarian Italian Wedding Soup. I followed your recipe, and it was fantastic. You’re an adjective in our house. I say it’s a Nava recipe, and my husband says “Sounds good!” Thanks again.

Hi Karen — your name is so familiar, perhaps we’ve corresponded before? Thank you for your kind comment, and for being a longtime reader. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the latest book, too. And flattered to be an adjective!
