    Hello,
Are the recipes in this latest edition of soups and stews for all seasons free of oil?

Hi Nancy — no, they are not oil-free. A soup that serves 6 to 8 may have 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil. You can easily replace it with a little broth or water. Usually it’s used to sauté onions. I hope that helps!
